PERFECT
ENGINEERS was established in 1988 primarily to meet
the growing market demands for tooling at HALLMARK ENGINEERS.
The
carbide manufacturing plant was setup to give superior quality
& consistency of performance in carbide grades. After
tedious & thorough research, Perfect Engineers began manufacturing
carbide inserts on commercial basis in 1994.
